IT-1104 is a specially formulated mold release agent that is ideal for all types of plastics when post printing is required after the molding. It does not interfere with the post finishing processes and is designed for quick, clean releases on thermosets as well as thermoplastics. It allows easy removal of parts from molds and improves surface finish of molded part. IT-1104 is non-staining and odor-less and does not contain any ozone depleting chemicals or CFC’s. It prevents sticking & increases life of dies & molds and provides maximum efficiency & economy. It improves product surface finish with fewer rejects & more production.
